Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Delivery When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Standard Delivery by post;
Standard Delivery by carrier service, such as UPS.
Delivery takes between 5 and 14 business days; and can vary due to unforeseen impacts resulting from a pandemic or natural disaster. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country.
You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase.
We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Products or Services.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchange of Products
We offer replacement product requests for products sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Product is broken or damaged.
Exchanges do not apply to the following products:
E-Courses; and
Digital Products.
Product Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival at the shipping address, provided at time of purchase; and notice of the defective product is received from the buyer to Grand Venture Station within 3 days from the proof of delivery receipt.
If you need to exchange the product you received for the same item, email us, with a photo of: damaged packaging, the defective product, proof of date for the delivery being received, and purchase receipt to: support@grandventurestation.com.
When the product is confirmed to be defective by Grand Venture Station, a shipping label will be provided to the buyer, by email, to return the product using UPS.
A replacement product will be shipped to the buyer upon receipt of the defective product by Grand Venture Station.
Returning Defective Product Returns are made using UPS. To return a defective product, use the following procedure: Grand Venture station will provide a return shipping label. Pack defective item(s), print and apply the return shipping label and take it to the nearest UPS store.
E-Courses All e-courses are non-refundable, and may not be reproduced in part or in their entirety, nor used in any manner in training or presentation activities.
Digital Products All digital products within the GVS Boutique are non-refundable, and may not be reproduced in part or in their entirety, nor used in any manner in training or presentation activities.

The foundational Course to your journey through the Clarity Methodology©. This course is a pre-requisite for the entire suite of Clarity course options.
